TAG Heuer has motor racing in its blood.
After the success of the 2016 and 2017 exhibition, TAG Heuer is proud to hold again a unique and exceptional car exhibition during the Geneva International Motor Show 2018. The occasion to discover the different partnerships of the Swiss brand in the motoracing universe.
Do we need to recall the close links between TAG Heuer and the world of motor racing? In 1969, Heuer is the first watch brand to sponsor a professional driver, Jo Siffert, and in 1971, to be associated with a Grand Prix team, the one of Scuderia Ferrari. TAG Heuer also had the longest partnership in F1 alongside McLaren from 1975 to 2015. During those 30 years, the McLaren & TAG Heuer Team won 15 times the Monaco Grand Prix, which is still the most cumulative wins on this circuit. With its avant-garde spirit, TAG Heuer is partnering today the Red Bull Racing F1 Team, and is founding partner and Official Timekeeper of the FIA Formula E Championship; TAG Heuer is also Official Timekeeper of the legendary Carrera Panamericana and the Pikes Peak in the USA, Official Partner and Official watch of the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM) and the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, the Indianapolis 500 (Indy 500), Gran Turismo Sport, the FIA WTCC World Endurance Championship, and motorcycle racing in the Endurance World Championship (FIM EWC).
Steve McQueen and Ayrton Senna are figures with a historic link to the brand, which continues to include their images in its communications
A feast for the eyes, sure to appeal to lovers of elegant sports watches and fine automotive engineering alike!
