Parminder has 22 years of General Managerial experience in Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales & Operations across seven industry verticals, three continents and four organisations; the last 15 years of which are with Shell.
He is currently heading Business Development, Marketing & Operations globally for a $24 billion revenue business with Shell serving Fuels and Mobility Services to B2B customers. In this role he is accountable for Digital transformation of the business, new market entries in China, Indonesia, India and Mexico in addition to managing world’s largest fuel card transaction processing platform.
Parminder holds an MBA from IMD Switzerland and a degree in Civil Engineering from India. A physical and mental fitness enthusiast, he enjoys long distance running, yoga and meditation. He is also a keen traveller having been to more than 80 countries.
